We think and design in 3D throughout the whole process. PCBs are checked against enclosures in-progress, and the assembly strategy is built in from the very beginning. A PCB that doesn’t fit in the intended enclosure is an all too common and totally avoidable mistake that we guard against by keeping the two design disciplines tightly coupled.

We can design plastic and metal parts or help identify off-the-shelf components where appropriate. We have deep experience in mechanical DFM: all the little tricks that separate a cool box from something a shop can actually produce at a reasonable price.

We can help prototype parts and can help organize any level of fabrication from one-off 3D printing to test an idea through to mass production of machined or molded parts.
