Getting from a working prototype to units in production can be overwhelming. I’ve been through the process hundreds of times. I know when to “let ‘em cook” and when to step in with manufacturing partners to ensure efficiency and quality. Having the designer involved in early runs and first-article inspection can alleviate a lot of stress and spot issues or mistakes early on.
